Where do you ship to?

digital décor uses UPS to ship around the world.

What are your shipping rates?
  • Shipping rates are weight-based and vary depending on the total weight of your package.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.
  • We do our best to offer you the most competitive shipping rates possible.
Do you have expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping options. However, please note higher shipping rates do apply. When placing your order, please take into account the 3-5 business days for order processing on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains the carrier tracking number for your order and a link to the carrier’s web site. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number into the appropriate field.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

All products are customized and hence are final sale — we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive a damaged custom product, then contact our customer support - info@gpcolor.com - within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.

Can I exchange my order?

You may exchange your product until it goes to print. After it goes to print, it will not be exchangeable. Please contact our customer support - info@gpcolor.com - to check on the latest status of your order.
